News: Troubleshooting Just Got Easier
Have you ever noticed an alert at the top of the Alarm.com mobile app, letting you know there's an issue with one of your devices? These are called trouble conditions and they can often be resolved without having to schedule a service appointment.
By selecting the trouble condition you want to fix, you can access more information about the issue. You may find simple steps to troubleshoot the issue, be prompted with a wizard to help diagnose and troubleshoot, and find information on how to contact us if you cannot resolve the issue using these tools.
And, to make your life a little easier, we've recently included even more resources to help you tackle issues on your own. Video tutorials have been added to help address common system issues, such as low battery alerts for thermostats and locks. We've also added images to the mobile experience to make it easier to identify malfunctioning devices.
